Understand relevant information including Epidemiology, Risk Factors, Pathology, Pathophysiology, as well as Medical, Surgical, and Pharmacological Management for patients with a disorder in the cardiovascular practice pattern. 2. Identify and differentiate underlying cardiac health conditions, body and system impairments, contextual factors, activity limitations, and participation restrictions to address the impact on the patient’s function 3. Integrate knowledge of anatomy, pathology, disease course, etiology, and epidemiology into clinical decision making for cases of individuals with cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions. 4. Integrate information from multiple sources to distinguish what is relevant to differentially diagnose the patient’s physical therapy diagnosis and impairments to make an initial clinical judgment to set up and modify physical therapy plan of care.
