Director of Product Design (Part-Time, Equity Role) 5 hours/week · Remote · Reports to CEO IED-Tech is building something rare: a joyful, intelligent, and spiritually nourishing learning platform that helps Muslim children around the world grow into resilient, confident, change-making individuals—rooted in tradition, animated by purpose, and supported by technology. We’re looking for a Head of Product Design to lead all things design at IED-Tech — from shaping our mobile product experience and design systems to mentoring a growing design team and helping set the tone for a new generation of Islamic learning. This is a high-trust, high-agency role for someone who is both a master of their craft and a builder at heart. You’ll be joining a seasoned, mission-aligned team with backgrounds at Meta, Oculus, Spotify, TikTok, Wahed Invest, and other leading consumer tech and Islamic startups; we are builders who care deeply about faith, craft, and the long game.
