I think that if you have a lot of uncertainty in what the right thing to do is, it makes sense to gather more information. When the right thing to do is clear and everyone is aligned, uh, at that point you you have to move through with maximal urgency. And I think a lot of times what can be a trap is sort of like a urgency quality tradeoff, right? If we move fast, we'll end up having to cut corners. My experience is you have to demand both.
