Advice • Should / Shouldn’t: You should study. • Ought to: You ought to eat better. • Had better: You had better sleep early. 3. Necessity • Must: You must wear a seatbelt. • Have to / Don’t have to: I have to go. / You don’t have to stay. • Have got to: I’ve got to leave now. 4. Prohibition • Can’t: You can’t park here. • Must not: You must not cheat. 5.
