🟩 Present Simple 🔹 Use: For habits, routines, facts, and general truths. 🔹 Structure: Affirmative: Subject + base verb (add -s for he/she/it) Example: She works at a bank. Negative: Subject + don’t / doesn’t + base verb Example: I don’t like coffee. Question: Do / Does + subject + base verb? Example: Does he play guitar? 🔹 Examples: I go to school every day. The Earth orbits the Sun. He drinks tea every morning. 🟦 Present Continuous 🔹 Use: For actions happening now or around the current moment. 🔹 Structure: Affirmative: Subject + am/is/are + verb+ing Example: She is watching TV. Negative: Subject + am/is/are not + verb+ing Example: We are not studying. Question: Am/Is/Are + subject + verb+ing? Example: Are they playing? 🔹 Examples: I am reading right now. He is not sleeping.
