Good morning, have all of you who are with us today, judges, teachers and the general public. It is an honor for us to be here today participating in the "Culture Fair: Stories of Identity" contest. We are students of the Moisés Sáenz Telesecondary school, Jilotepec region. My name is Gantes González Paola, I'm 14 years old Through this project, we learned how traditions help preserve the history, culture and values of our community, and how we can express them in English in a creative way. Our mural has captured and represented the essence of San Luis Taxhimay through the drawing. The Lord of the Quejido and the patron saint festival are symbols of faith and tradition that unite families every year.
