PHONETICS AND PHONOLOGY LANGUAGE: is the human vocal noise (or the graphic representation of this noise in writing) used systematically and conventionally by a community [mainly] for purposes of communication. The two sciences concerned with language are LINGUISTICS and PHONETICS. They are both linguistic sciences. Both of them study language but form a different angle. Phonetics is interested in sounds and how they are organized and transmitted, whereas linguistics is concerned with how language is structured grammatically and semantically (more related to grammar and semantics). PHONETICS: is the study and systematic description of the sounds of speech, in any language (all the sounds that a human can produce (in any language); how they are produced and perceived, and their acoustic properties. FORM (physiological and acoustic levels of the speech chain). Phonetics is concerned with describing the speech sounds that occur in the languages of the world. It explains what this sounds are, how they change in different circumstances (allophones).
