Hello everyone, my name is Abril Triguero Capdevila, and today I'm going to tell you a story that changed science forever: The Theory of Evolution. 🟦 Slide 2 – The Discovery of Our Origin 🎙️ In 1835, Darwin travelled to the Galápagos Islands, in Ecuador. I imagined that I joined him — and today I’ll explain what I saw. Because yes, sometimes… one trip can change everything. 🟦 Slide 3 – Time Machine 🎙️ I imagined taking a time machine from 2025 to 1835. When I arrived, the world was completely different. We were ready to explore the islands — and to change history. 🟦 Slide 4 – HMS Beagle 🎙️ We travelled on the HMS Beagle. I wasn’t used to the sea air or the tiny space, but I got used to it. Darwin told me the trip would last 2 years — we stayed 5. From England to Ecuador, we sailed 10,000 km across the ocean! 🟦 Slide 5 – Exploring 🎙️ On the islands, we saw animals that were very different.
