Docentes de la Cátedra de Biología Celular plezamaa@upao.edu.pe CLASE TEÓRICA N° 2 CELULAS PROCARIONTES Y EUCARIONTES SITUACIÓN PROBLEMÁTICA Estudiante varón de 23 años. Es referido al Hospital Regional por presentar dolor intenso en epigastrio. Presenta dispepsia, fatiga, disnea, nausea y vómito. • Al examen físico se detecta dolor a la palpación superficial y profunda en epigastrio e hipocondrio izquierdo. Sin hepatoesplenomegalia. • Endoscopía digestiva alta demuestra presencia de 2 úlceras pépticas. • Biopsia: infección por Helicobacter pylori (+++/+++). • Se le indica tratamiento con Pantoprazol, amoxicilina y claritromicina. • Observe la imagen del epitelio gástrico infectado por H. pylori y describa las diferencias entre las células humanas y las bacterias. RESULTADO DE APRENDIZAJE Y CONTENIDOS RESULTADO DE APRENDIZAJE DESCRIBE LA ORGANIZACIÓN INTERNA DE LAS CÉLULAS, DIFERENCIANDO LAS CÉLULAS EUCARIOTAS Y PROCARIOTAS MEDIANTE LA UTILIZACIÓN DEL MATERIAL DIDÁCTICO DE LA ASIGNATURA Y REALIZANDO PREPARADOS DE MICROSCOPÍA.
