PENIS Penis is formed of erectil tissue, connective tissue with spaces that fill with blood when is erect Is found in 2 corpora cavernosa and 1 spongiosum. The corpus spongiosum sorrunds urethra keeping open all times, it widens at the end forming glans. Glans is protected by foreskin. When penis is erect foreskin retracts to leave glans uncovered. ### B. TESTICLES Are outside abdominal cavity, inside a sack of skin called scrotum that hangs outside abdominal cavity. Inside we find the seminiferous tubules In the walls of tubules we find sperm precursor cells that make male gametes, temperature inside is 3°C lower than in the rest of the body so sperm can mature ### C. GENITAL TRACT "ducts that take sperm to outside of body" **EPIDIDYMIS:** long, coiled tube attached to top of each testicle, Where sperm is stored while it matures **URETHRA:** Expel semen and urine from body **VAS DEFERENS:** Secretions from accessory glands empty to this ### D.
