•Introduction and Exam Instructions This is the Large-Type Edition of the Regents High School Examination in English Language Arts, administered by the University of the State of New York on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, from 9:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Only the designated answer sheet should be used. Follow all instructions for completing your student information on the answer sheet. Additionally, fill in the heading on each page of your essay booklet where indicated, and write your name at the top of each sheet of scrap paper. The exam consists of three parts. •Part 1: Reading and Multiple-Choice Questions In Part 1, you will read three passages and answer 24 multiple-choice questions based on them.
