PRINCIPIOS DEL DERECHO LABORAL Y LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL EN COLOMBIA Por. Isabel Goyes Moreno 1 Mónica Hidalgo 2 RESUMEN: Esta ponencia plantea la tesis de reivindicar los principios como el núcleo central del derecho laboral y la seguridad social del futuro. Dichos principios deben extraerse de los pronunciamientos de los Tribunales constitucionales de los diversos países, mediante la construcción de líneas jurisprudenciales que permitan establecer las respectivas subreglas constitucionales. Le corresponderá a organismos como la OIT, la labor de comparar y plantear principios laborales y de la seguridad social de carácter universal, los cuales deberán positivizarse adoptando la estructura de reglas, de tal forma que se garantice su vigencia.
