RESUMEN: El propósito de este trabajo es analizar las inquietudes de la educación jurídica en México, desde sus técnicas de una enseñanza tradicional, así como sus diversas afectaciones en la formación de los licenciados en derecho. Además revisaremos los caminos alternativos como necesidad de un desempeño diferente en las aulas universitarias, así como la relación entre la enseñanza y aprendizaje entre docentes y alumnos. ABSTRACT: The purpose of this work is to analyze the concerns of legal education in Mexico, from its traditional teaching techniques, as well as its various effects on the training of law graduates. We will also review alternative paths as a need for different performance in university classrooms, as well as the relationship between teaching and learning between teachers and students.
