The blastocyst implants in the endometrial lining. 4. Embryo: The embryo undergoes organogenesis, which is the formation of organs and structures. The heart starts beating around week 4. 5. Fetus: Organs mature, limbs grow, and the nervous system develops further. Growth continues until birth, typically around 38-40 weeks.
