He called it Amazon, inspired by the Amazon River. At first, Amazon was only selling books. As time passed, Amazon started growing. It was expanding and selling more than just books. People loved the convenience of shopping online from their homes. Amazon was becoming a favorite. Jeff Bezos was not stopping there. He was working on something special called Amazon Prime. It offered free two-day shipping, and it made customers very happy. Amazon kept on inventing. They made a magical device called the Kindle. With it, people could carry many books at once. Reading was more enjoyable than ever. Amazon built large warehouses everywhere, and it had delivery drones. The drones could bring packages directly to your door. This was incredible.
