It activates and drives proliferation of natural killer (NK) and CD81 killer T cells to attack cancer cells, plus CD41 helper T cells, improving durability of response.2 ! Menin inhibitors represent a new and important class of drugs that have shown promising results in histone-lysine N-methyltransferase 2A (KMT2A)-rearranged (KMT2A) and in NPM1-mutated acute leukemia.
